Drag pages into any order, remove unwanted pages, and download a clean PDF with your new layout. No upload required — everything runs in your browser.
PDF page arrangement lets you restructure a document without needing the original source file. Swap the order of chapters, move an appendix to the front, delete blank or duplicate pages, or extract a subset of pages into a new document — all without Adobe Acrobat or any installed software.
Drag and drop. Click and hold any page thumbnail, then drag it to the position where you want it to land. A gold highlight shows the insertion point. Release to drop the page.
Delete pages. Hover over any thumbnail and click the red ✕ to remove that page. For bulk deletion, click to select multiple pages (they highlight in blue), then use the Delete selected button in the toolbar.
Undo changes. Click Reset order at any time to restore every page to its original position and bring back any deleted pages. The original document stays in memory until you close the tab.
Save the result. Click Save Arranged PDF to download a new PDF with your custom page order. The original file on your device is not modified.
Reordering a scanned document. When scanning multi-page documents in batches, pages often end up out of order. The arrange tool lets you sort them into the correct sequence before filing or sharing.
Moving an appendix. Restructure a report by moving the executive summary to page 1, or placing reference material at the end where it belongs.
Removing blank pages. Scanners often produce blank pages between double-sided originals. Select and delete all blank pages in one step.
Creating a page extract. Delete all pages except the ones you want to keep — effectively extracting a subset of pages into a smaller PDF.
Interleaving documents. Merge two PDFs first using the Merge PDF tool, then use Arrange to interleave their pages in the correct order (for example, odd pages from one scan and even pages from another).
Will the text remain searchable after rearranging?
The arrange tool re-renders pages as high-quality images to build the new PDF. This means searchable text in the original becomes image-based in the output. For text-layer preservation when only deleting pages, use the Split PDF tool instead — it extracts pages without re-rendering.
Can I rearrange pages on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Touch and hold a thumbnail to start dragging on mobile. The page grid adapts to smaller screens. For large documents, a desktop browser gives a more comfortable experience.
Is there a page limit?
There is no hard page limit. Performance depends on your device — a 200-page document on a modern laptop processes smoothly. Very large documents (500+ pages) may be slow to render thumbnails on older devices.
